Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of Florida with a Minor in Sustainability Studies. In addition, Chad received his Law Degree from Florida A&M University in Orlando, Florida.  He has a vast amount of knowledge concerning most real estate dealings and legal services.
